INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, characters, character designs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, product names, visual assets, text, graphics, merchandise designs, and other materials associated with JuicyFruitie are owned by or licensed to JuicyFruitie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, official JuicyFruitie characters, brand artwork, product designs, promotional materials, website content, packaging designs, digital assets, and any related creative works.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, commercially exploit, or use JuicyFruitie intellectual property without prior written permission from JuicyFruitie, except where such use is expressly authorized by JuicyFruitie or permitted under applicable law.

JuicyFruitie may allow limited personal, non-commercial fan creations based on certain official characters or visual assets. However, such fan creations must not imply official endorsement, partnership, authorization, or ownership by JuicyFruitie. Any use involving commercial purposes, merchandise production, paid distribution, advertising, brand collaboration, or public promotional activities requires prior written approval.

NSFW, explicit sexual, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful content using JuicyFruitie characters, artwork, logos, or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

JuicyFruitie reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorized, inappropriate, misleading, or infringing use of its intellectual property at any time.

Nothing in this section grants users any ownership rights, license, or other rights to JuicyFruitie intellectual property unless expressly stated in writing by JuicyFruitie.
